Dust off those running shoes and set yourself a challenge and join Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance to raise vital funds and keep us flying and saving lives. Last year, participants raised over £2,400 in support of our life-saving charity.
The ABP Southampton Marathon has a lot to offer! Choose to run the full marathon, half marathon, 10k or 5k, and you’ll get to see the city in the most unique way, passing Southampton’s green parks, shoreline and riverside views.
Depending on your chosen distance, you’ll get to run past (and through) Southampton docks, St Mary’s Stadium and the Itchen Bridge, with all distances starting and finishing at the Southampton Guildhall.

If you already have a place and would like to join our team, please get in touch! We can provide you with a Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance running vest and full fundraising support. We will be there on the day to cheer you on at cheering points on the route and at our stand in the charity village.
By joining our team, you will be helping to raise vital funds to keep us flying and saving lives. We attend the most critically ill and injured people in our region, and we rely solely on the generous donations from those in our community to continue our lifesaving service. Without the support of the community, we simply wouldn’t exist.
