Dust off those running shoes and set yourself a challenge and join Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance to raise vital funds and keep us flying and saving lives. Last year, participants raised more than £10,000 in support of our life-saving charity.
The ABP Southampton Marathon has a lot to offer! Choose to run the full marathon, half marathon, 10k or 5k, and you’ll get to see the city in the most unique way, passing Southampton’s green parks, shoreline and riverside views.
Depending on your chosen distance, you’ll get to run past (and through) Southampton docks, St Mary’s Stadium and the Itchen Bridge, with all distances starting and finishing at the Southampton Guildhall.

By joining our team, you will be helping to save lives and make a difference in your community. Our Critical Care Team attend the most critically ill and injured people in our region, and we rely solely on generous donations to continue our lifesaving service. Without the support of the community, we simply wouldn’t exist.
We can provide you with a Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance running vest and full fundraising support. We will also be there on the day to cheer you on at cheering points on the route and at our stand in the charity village.
