Thank you for your monthly donation to help to keep the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance flying.
A monthly donation to our charity helps us in so many ways. Your donations will keep our service running long into the future, and because of that, we are able to plan how we can develop our service to further support our patients.
- Regular donors ensure we can enrol our doctors and paramedics on the relevant training courses to qualify for operation.
- Regular donors have enabled us to expand our service by road because we have been able to purchase new response vehicles, reaching even more people when they need us most.
- Regular donors have enabled us to launch an Aftercare service for patients and their families. This crucial service will aid patients to better understand what happened to them at scene and in hospital, and will also be able to comfort families who have lost a loved one.
Every donation, big or small, makes a difference to our charity. Many people do not realise we are a charity. Whilst we work in partnership with University Hospital Southampton and South Central Ambulance Service, who are funded by the NHS, we rely entirely on donations from the community to carry out our life-saving service.
Your donation will help us be there for the people of Hampshire and the Isle of Wight in their darkest hour. Just like Claire.
