The Southampton Fast Twitch is the perfect way to kick off the triathlon season! Put your winter training to the test with this pool-based sprint triathlon situated on the edge of the beautiful New Forest National Park. The triathlon consists of a 400m swim (16 lengths of an inside pool), 20km bike and 5km run.
The bike course heads out towards the historic village of Beaulieu through the New Forest National Park, which offers beautiful and varied scenery from open heathland to magical woodlands. Finish this sprint triathlon by running towards the village of Dibden Purlieu, up the appropriately named ‘Challenger Way’ and finish by sprinting along Roman Road.

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance are your local Air Ambulance. By joining our team, you will be helping to raise vital funds to keep us flying and saving lives. Our team attend the most critically ill and injured people in our region, and we rely solely on the generous donations from our community to continue our lifesaving service. Without the support of the community, we simply wouldn’t exist.
