Dash in the Dark, our 5k fun run, is returning to Seaclose Park on Saturday 7th October.
Gather your glow gang and get ready to walk, jog, run or dance your way around this special night time mission.
Over the years, Dash in the Dark events have raised over £100,000 to keep your Air Ambulance flying and saving lives.
Enter today to light up the night for your Air Ambulance.

What you get:
Each participant will receive a free Dash in the Dark T-shirt to wear, a runner number and will collect a glow in the dark medal at the finish line! Please note, any entries after midnight on the 25th September will need to collect their Dash in the Dark T-shirt and runner number on the night at the information gazebo.
Fundraising:
Set up your fundraising page and ask your friends and family to sponsor you. We recommend setting your fundraising goal at £60. All money raised from this event will help us continue our life-saving work.
