Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance have teamed up with some great companies and suppliers across our region. They have donated some brilliant prizes that you can win, by simply entering our free prize draw!
Prizes include a Champagne Afternoon Tea for two at Tylney Hall and a flight experience in a Glider, with Portsmouth Naval Gliding Centre.

1. The Promoter
The promoter is: Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance (HIOWAA) (charity number 1106234 and company number: 5244460) of F4 Adanac Park, Adanac Drive, Nursling, Southampton, Hampshire, SO16 0BT.2. The prize draw
2.1 The Prize Draw takes place on the 22 September 2025.
2.2 Everyone who completes the Prize Draw form on the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance Website is eligible to win the prize.
2.3 Prizes have been donated to the charity.3. How to enter
3.1 The competition will run from 09:00 on 1 July 2025 to 19:59 on 21 September 2025 inclusive.
3.2 All entrants to the prize draw during that period will be entered into the draw.
3.3 The winner of the prize will be chosen by an online random winning generator. All names will be entered into https://wheelofnames.com/
3.4 The winner will be announced on the Prize Draw page and on the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance social media channels.4. Eligibility
4.1 The competition is open to those who complete the Prize Draw form on charity website, hiowaa.org.
4.2 Those associated with the charity (staff, crew, volunteers, trustees) are not eligible to win.
4.3 In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
4.3 Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.5. The prizes
5.1 Prize One: The prizes are a champagne afternoon tea for two people at Tylney Hall. A gift voucher will be issued to the winner. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. See Full terms and conditions below for each prize.
5.2 Prize Two: A glider experience for one person, with Portsmouth Naval Gliding Centre. Terms and conditions apply for this prize. Please see below for full terms and conditions.
5.3 Two separate draws will take place to declare an individual winner for each prize.
5.4 Prizes are listed on the Prize Draw page on the hiowaa.org website
5.5 There is no cash alternative for the prize. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
5.6 The prizes have been donated to Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance and come with their associated terms and conditions.6. Winners
6.1 The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.2 The Promoter will contact the winners personally as soon as practicable after the winners have been selected by the random winner generator, using the telephone number or email address provided with the entry.
6.3 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted within two weeks of the draw, or is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
6.4 Details of the winner can be obtained by writing to Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance, F4 Adanac Park, Adanac Drive, Nursling, Southampton, SO16 0BT (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date of the competition.
6.5 If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
6.6 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.7. Limitation of liability
7.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.8. Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights
8.1 All prize draw entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.9. Data protection and publicity

10.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.
10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
10.3 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this draw without notice at any stage.
10.4 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. -

Enjoy an extra touch of luxury. The Champagne Afternoon Tea includes all of the delightful treats of the Traditional Afternoon Tea and a glass of Champagne per person.
Served Monday to Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays).

The voucher is valid every day except Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.
This prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date issued.

The prize is an introductory flight for one person with Portsmouth Naval Gliding Centre.
The passenger must meet all safety requirements to redeem and fly.
The experience will take place at the Portsmouth Naval Gliding Centre, School Lane, Nether Wallop, Stockbridge, SO20 8EH.
Gliding takes place on a Saturday or Sunday and will be subject to the weather on the day.
The passenger must be over the age of 12 years. A minimum weight of 7 stone, and a maximum weight of 16st 4lbs. They must be a minimum height of 146cm (4 ft 9.5 inches) and a maximum height of 193cm (6ft 4 inches).
The passenger will be required to sign a declaration before you fly to confirm you are fit to fly.
You will be asked to sign a declaration before you fly to confirm that you are fit to fly and that you will receive a safety briefing prior to your flight.
Please ask your own doctor if you have any concerns about your fitness before your glider flight.
The following conditions may cause difficulty while flying (If you suffer from any of these, you are advised to obtain medical opinion):
• Bronchitis
• Asthma
• Sinus disease
• Ear disease
• Migraine
• Diabetes of any form
• Kidney stones
• Psychiatric disorders
• Severe motion or travel sickness
• Any condition requiring treatment with drugs of any kindYou are further advised that: Minor illnesses, Some prescription drugs, The donation of blood can probably make you temporarily unfit to fly.
If you have any concerns about your health prior to the flight, then please consult your doctor.
If we are flying a person under the age of 18, you will be asked to sign a form confirming that you are either the parent of the child or their guardian.
