Last month your Air Ambulance charity responded to 167 emergency call-outs across the region.

We were called out to:

51 cardiac arrests
36 medical emergencies, such as seizures
32 road traffic incidents
16 falls from height

77 of our missions were in our aircraft and a combined total of 90 in our emergency response vehicles and our new Critical Care Paramedic Car, which came into service on 1 September.

We have now responded to a total of 1,621 emergency call-outs so far this year – an average of five missions per day.

Each mission we attend costs on average £3,320.

Thank you for being there for us so we can be there for you.
