Are you planning your next special occasion? Whether it is a wedding, anniversary, a birthday, the birth of a child, or your retirement, your big or small event could help raise money to keep us flying and saving lives.
Asking for donations instead of gifts is an inspirational way to mark a special occasion. It’s also a great opportunity to raise vital funds for your local Air Ambulance. With your support, we can continue delivering emergency critical care to people across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, greatly increasing their chances of survival.
How to get started:
1. Set up a fundraising page on Facebook and share it with your friends.
2. Or set up a fundraising page on Just Giving and share the link on your social media profile.

How your support helps:
On average, we are called to four emergencies everyday across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. We may respond by air in our helicopter; Helimed56, or by road in our Emergency Response Vehicles. In 2020, we responded to 790 call-outs by air and 787 by road, making it our second busiest year on record.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance relies on the generosity of the local community and local businesses. We do not receive government funding.
The average cost of a mission is £2,882. Every penny you raise from your special day will help us reach our next patient.
