Join us and Nick Anderson, professional training coach from Running with Us on Sunday 21 January for a jam-packed informative training day at Thruxton, the home of Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance.
This training event is free to participants registered for an event supporting Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance. This could be a run, trek or cycle.
The day will include sessions on training, nutrition and race preparation, as well as an outdoor practical session around the famous Thruxton track! To finish the day, you will hear from our Events team, who can assist with any fundraising questions and support.
